Program Features

The Divided Labs® 1-on-1 Fitness Coaching Program includes completely custom and personalized workouts utilizing Integrated Program Design and the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) Model.

Each workout will be tailored to your specific goals, your desired frequency of training, as well as your current fitness level. As your body changes and progresses, so will the workouts to allow for continued improvement.

When it comes to achieving success with any program, nutrition can truly make or break your progress. Therefore, the Divided Labs® 1-on-1 Fitness Coaching Program starts by having you complete an Initial Nutrition Analysis which determines your specific macronutrient targets through the use of cutting-edge technology trusted and used by some of the top athletic teams and organizations such as the Dallas Cowboys as well as other top sports franchises across the globe.

Following the initial assessment, flexible dieting coaching will be able to track your daily food intake against what your specific macronutrient targets showed from your nutrition analysis. Habit tracking is also included in the program if you do not wish to track your food intake.

The Divided Labs® 1-on-1 Fitness Coaching Program also utilizes technology such as MyFitnessPal and Fitbit and can sync directly with the Divided Labs® Coaching App (included in your program). This provides an added convenience if you’re already using or are familiar with those fitness/nutrition trackers and apps.
